JOB IN GERMANY – Facade Worker

We are looking for facade workers for fieldwork in Geroda. The job includes surface preparation, installation of thermal insulation, and application of reinforcement and final facade layers.

Main responsibilities include:

• Preparing surfaces and installing thermal insulation boards – WDVS system
• Applying reinforcement layers and final facade plaster in various textures
• Professional treatment of edges, corners, and joints
• Installing facade profiles

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a facade worker
• Category B driving license
• Experience in plastering
• Ability to work independently

Working conditions:

• Fieldwork
• Possibility to work on Saturdays
• Possibility of overtime work
• Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period
• 30 days of annual leave

Salary and payment method:

• Hourly rate from €15 to €18 gross
• Payment based on performance – piecework
• 0.16 working hours credited for each square meter of facade work completed
• Total credited hours are evenly distributed among team members involved in the work
• Field allowance of €14 for half a day or €28 for a full day during on-site assembly work
