Delete your account

You can remove your EUJoby account at any time, from the app or by writing to us.

In the app

1 Open the EUJoby app and go to your profile
2 Open Settings
3 Choose Delete account and confirm

By email

Write to us from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. We confirm once it is done.

What happens to your data

Your profile, CV, saved jobs and messages are deleted. Applications already sent stay with the employer who received them, as their own record. Data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons is retained only for as long as the law requires.
